  • Each plan is specifically designed to your body composition, current lifestyle and the goals you want to achieve. These are YOUR goals and I’m here to help you achieve them!
  • Meal plan with the exact calories, macronutrient breakdown and food exchanges for each meal of the day.
  • Provided with a grocery shopping list and I educate you on nutrition along the way so you can learn proper nutrition habits that you can take forward with you even when our training is up. I don’t want you to have to rely on me forever, but instead learn what I know so you can do all of this for yourself!

2. We will set up a 30-minute phone consult to go over the assessment form and make sure I have all the information I need to create a program custom to you.

3. Using the information, I will create your nutrition and/or training plan and send it to you via email 5-7 business days after receiving your completed questionnaire.

4. We will then schedule weekly check-ins to make sure you are progressing as desired and make any changes necessary to the plans.
