How the Process Works

After purchasing a customized diet plan you will receive a new client nutrition assessment questionnaire. Email the completed form to scheerfitness@hotmail.com.

Using the information you provided, I will create your diet plan and send it to you via email 5-7 business days after receiving your completed questionnaire.

Once you receive your diet plan, let me know if any tweaks are needed. I am always available via email to answer any questions you may have!
